Client K runs a domiciliary care business in Eastbourne with a large team of care workers, trading as a Ltd company. The payroll was complex with variable hours and mileage, the Employment Allowance wasn't being claimed, the director remuneration wasn't optimised, and no pension auto-enrolment review had been done despite the growing team.
